  Not sure if this place is any better than it was back in 2014/2015 but we had a terrible experience here. If I could rate this place a zero, I would. Maybe 3-4 weeks into having her there, her arm was pulled out of the socket. I was not immediately contacted and was contacted hours after the fact. When they finally called me around 1-2 in the afternoon, they told me that she came in to daycare like this. An absolute lie! They also asked me to come after nap time so that I didn't disturb the other children. I did not and went right up there! She was not using her left arm and was walking around with it limp around her side when I picked her up. She was also crying in pain. The director didn't even act concerned when I got there. Quite frankly I don't even think she knew. The teacher told me she had no idea how it happened. Then also mentioned that my daughter wouldn't come in from the playground but that maybe another child did it.hmmmm. I'm pretty sure the teacher pulled her by her arm to get into the room. Mind you, my daughter was 1 at the time. I asked the director when leaving to see the camera footage. She wouldn't ablige. We immediately went to the hospital where they told me her arm was out of the socket. The next day the director called me to ask where my daughter was and if they needed to hold her spot....... wouldn't recommend this place at all! There actually the reason I don't take either of my kids to daycare!
